How far out are you booked?Because we have a large highly experienced team, we can schedule many appointments in one day. Therefore we are typically scheduled out about 2 days.

What days do you shoot?Our shooting days are Monday - Saturday 8am to 5pm, Sunday is available upon request but it does incur a sur-charge of $25.

What is your Travel Area and Distance?This is a map of where we Travel to daily, Blue does not incur a travel fee, Orange Zone incurs a $25 Travel Fee, Yellow Zone will incur a $100-$125 Travel Fee. If you have any other area not listed, please call for information.

What is your cancelation policy?We allow cancelations up to 24 hours before the shoot, but anything canceled without 24 hours notice will incur a $45 cancelation fee. See full cancelation policy here

Do I have to be at the appointment?You may opt to not be at the appointment, or attend the appointment if you'd like. We recommend using our Pre-Shoot Checklist a day before the appointment if you are not attending.

How long does the shoot take?Generally it will be about 30-40 Minutes per floor, per service. Each of our appointments have a structured time built into them to suffice enough time to capture the listing. Estimates of time only, each property may vary on time: Photos only 30-60 Minutes per 2000 Sq Ft. Video and Photos 60-90 Minutes per 2000 Sq Ft. All In One Package 90-120 Minutes per 2000 Sq Ft.

Can I provide lockbox access?Yes, please send lockbox codes or 1 day codes, 24 hours before the appointment to avoid entry delays.

Do we get MLS and Full Resolution Versions of Photos?Yes, you will get MLS Sized photos as well as Full Resolution Print Ready Photos.

Do we get a to keep the photos and reuse them?Our office retains full copyright of ALL work captured by our team. We then grant a license to be used by our client and use the created work for Advertising, Listing for Sale or Rent, or otherwise market the said address listing we captured. PHOTOS CANNOT BE SHARED WITH OTHER AGENTS OR PUBLICATIONS, WITHOUT OUR WRITTEN PERMISSION. We are nice, just ask first! Intentionally profiting, or reselling our content can result in legal action.

Do you use flash?Yes, when capturing flambient photography, we will implement the use of a flash.

Do you use a tripod or shoot by hand?We ALWAYS use the best equipment to capture your listing, and that includes a sturdy tripod.

How do capture video?We use HD and 4K, Gimbal Stabilized cameras to capture our footage. For some videos and reels we may use an iPhone Pro Max 4K Camera on a stabilized Gimbal.

What can I do with my video?Your video is made to professionally market your listing and had your branding on it. We recommend posting all your videos to your social media channels. Your video will also include a non-branded MLS Version that can be posted in the Media section of the MLS Site.

Can I be in the video?Yes, we highly recommend you be in the video to showcase the property and describe it to you audience.

Does your Videographer carry a microphone?Yes, they will have a microphone available if you are booked to appear in the video.

Can I choose the music to my video?Yes you can use our music partner to select a song and let our team know by email your selection, Song Partner

Can I use music from my favorite artists?We can only use music we can get a license to use for commercial purposes. If a license if provided by your artist we can use it, otherwise we cannot use copyrighted music without a commercial license.

What is Matterport 3D?Essentially it is a digital twin of the interior space of a home or business. Offer a 24/7 open house that anyone can visit - anytime. Help buyers save time looking for homes and increase engagement with your listings.

Can I download a Matterport?No, Matterport i meant to be used online via the web. It will need to be hosted by Matterport Inc. to work.

How long do you keep a Matterport active?Our office checks the status of a Listing on the MLS every 3-6mo. If the listing is still ACTIVE your Matterport will be kept active. If your listing NO ACTIVE or OFF MARKET, your Matterport will be Archived.

Is there a cost to reactivate a Matterport?Depending on the situation there may be a small fee to re-activate a Matterport. the fee may range from $5-$50 depending on how long it needs to be activated for and why. We do not keep Matterport spaces ACTIVE for Client Non Listing Marketing purposes.

What kind of Floor Plans do you Offer?We offer 2D and 3D Floor plans with dimensions and square footage.

Can i not have square footage on my Floor Plans?Yes, you may request a version with no Square Footage

Are the dimension accurate?We use laser guided AI generated measurements, which are accurate up to 1-2% of the actual measurement. Our floor plans are meant to be for informational estimate purposes and we do not recommend to use them as true-to measurement information.

Are you licensed by the FAA?Yes we have a Part 107 Licensed Pilot.

Can you use the Drone anywhere? Any Property?We are limited by FAA Guidelines, Restrictions and Weather. Your Drone operator will inform you of any restrictions that may not let us capture Drone.

Can you shoot by the Airport?We are not permitted to fly near any airport that is in operation or designated by the FAA as a no-fly zone. Your drone operator can inform your if he/she is allowed to fly the day of the shoot.

Will my package be cheaper if i don't have drone? or the drone is cancelled?Our drone service is a complimentary and does not get factored into the price of the shoot. If you'd like to captured additional drone after our appointment we can book a separate drone session for an additional fee. In the case that weather affects the flight of the drone, we cannot send the photographer another time to capture the free drone photos, a separate appointment is going to be booked and will incur a fee. The drone operator reserves full discretion on the starting a flight of the drone and its safe operation.

Can I contact the photographer directly?You may contact your photographer directly with shoot related questions, however they may be limited to they assistance since they may be in other appointments.

Can I book my appointment though my photograher?It is best to contact our booking department as they have a full scope of the photographers schedule and can guarantee your booking time is accurate. You can contact our booking department at 773-540-9556 M-F 9-5pm

Can my photographer help me move items?Depending on the item, we may be able to lightly stage or clean an area. Photographers are not permitted to move boxes, furniture, pets, people, personal items, or cars. At the discretion of the photographer, he/she may wipe surfaces, move towels, move rugs, open or close blinds, turn off and on lights, and tuck away small items to enhance a shot. Please use our Pre-Shoot Check list to prepare your listing before our arrival
